I just got my parcel. Marcara is so clumpy and not voluminous at all it feels like a regular mascara nothing special is fiber tough. The lipgloss I got is so sticky after applying, lips feel sticky and gloss is removing when you close your lips... I've a bad experience at this time... Is there any policy to exchange or refund ??.
